Your City Government
The City of Leon is a third-class Kansas city governed by a mayor and five council members. Our goal is to keep residents informed, make City government easy to reach, and give citizens meaningful ways to participate.
City Council Meetings
Regular City Council meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held the following day.
Special meetings will be published as soon as the City knows the date and time.
