Payment Options

The City of Leon offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment Online: Please click the appropriate button for payment.

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Water payments: Just click the blue "Pay Your Water Bill" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your information handy and follow the prompts. For Water Bill Online payments, you will need to select the water bills option to make your water payment. There is a processing fee charged for paying online.

Court Payments: Just click the red "Pay Your Court Fines" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your information handy and follow the prompts. For Court Fine Online payments, you will need to select the Court payment option to make your court fine payment. There is a 2.5% processing fee charged for paying online.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We also have a drop box located in the front door for your convenience. We accept cash, check, or money orders. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
