Failure to sign abatement mailings letters

This page will have a posting of letters mailed that the property owner failed to sign. By ordinance and State statute, we are required to mail certified mailings, and if failed to pick up, then we mail 1st class mail with a 10-day notice to abate. We are going one step further and will be posting here when we mail it 1st class to try and reach the person so they can call, fix the problem, or at least we have done our best attempt to notify them of abatement procedures.
